The Grouse Mountain Project is located in British Columbia and consists of 7 contiguous mineral claims approximately 4,356 acres (1,763 hectares) in size. Eastern Zinc is planning a surface exploration program that would include extending a 2007 geophysical survey, completing a VLF-EM survey, further soil geochemistry sampling, mapping and trenching, followed by scout drilling if warranted.

A 2013 soil geochemical survey and prospecting program defined five distinctly anomalous Cu, Zn and Ag geochemical trends and evidence of previous trenching on the property.
